Mango Curry Mango Curry recipe with step by step photos – This is a tangy, sweet and hot curry. This is a South Indian especially Telangana traditional curry usually known as Rama rasam. One from many of my Grandmother’s recipes for all of you. Mango curry recipe Ingredients: Mango - 1 Onion - 1 Chana dal - 2 tbsp Jaggery - 2 tbsp Sesame powder - 1 and 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1 and 1/2 tbsp Salt - as per your taste Water - 250ml Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tbsp Mustard - 1tsp Cumin - 1tsp Red chilies - 1 full.
